InsulDynamics is a mechanical insulation contractor based in Bellingham, Washington. We install insulation on pipes, ducts, HVAC equipment, and boilers for commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and marine work.
The company is licensed in Washington (contractor license INSULL*742ND). Shop hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We bid and install new construction, tenant improvements, maintenance, and retrofits

What we do
Mechanical insulation is a specialty trade. It is not attic or wall insulation. It is the thermal, condensation-control, and personnel-protection covering on mechanical systems. That is the work we show up to do.
On commercial jobs that means pipe, duct, HVAC equipment, and boilers in offices, hospitals, schools, retail, and multifamily. On industrial jobs it means high-temperature piping, process equipment, tanks, vessels, and boilers. On marine jobs it means thermal, acoustic, and fire-rated covering on pipes, machinery, engine rooms, and bulkheads.

How We Work
Quotes start from drawings, a spec, photos, or a walk. We take off the insulation scope and install to the spec — material, thickness, jacket, and finish. Occupied buildings and operating plants are normal. The crew plans around access and safety instead of treating every job like an empty shell.
We work with general contractors, mechanical contractors, facility managers, plant staff, shipyards, and vessel owners. Coordination is part of the job, not a surprise after award.

Where We Work
Bellingham is home base. We work throughout Washington, with most commercial and industrial work in the Puget Sound region — Whatcom, Skagit, Snohomish, King, and Pierce counties — and marine work in local ports, shipyards, and on vessels. Other Washington locations are taken by project.
