Mechanical Insulation in Washington and the Puget Sound
InsulDynamics is based in Bellingham and installs mechanical insulation throughout Washington State. We focus on the Puget Sound region for commercial and industrial buildings, and on Washington marine work for vessels and port facilities.
The work is the same across the region: pipe, duct, HVAC equipment, and boiler insulation on new construction, tenant improvements, maintenance, and retrofits. What changes by job is access, schedule, and whether the building or plant stays occupied. We bid and install in Whatcom, Skagit, Snohomish, King, and Pierce counties, plus marine work in Puget Sound ports and shipyards. Other Washington locations are taken by project.

What We Install in These Markets
-
Pipe insulation on hot, chilled, domestic, and process lines
-
Duct insulation on supply, return, and outdoor HVAC ductwork
-
HVAC equipment insulation — air handlers, pumps, and related equipment
-
Boilers, tanks, and vessels
-
Commercial, industrial, and marine scopes
-
If the drawings call for mechanical insulation and the job is in the Puget Sound region, that is the work we price. Residential attic, wall, and spray-foam insulation is not our trade.
How We Work Across the Region
Quotes are based on drawings, a site walk, or photos of existing systems. We work with general contractors, mechanical contractors, and facility staff. Occupied buildings and operating plants are normal — the crew plans around access and safety instead of assuming an empty site.
